Yes. And ideally, all sessions are face-to-face.

However, I can also offer remote sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype, to accommodate your location and availability.

Getting started is simple. Just book a free Exploration Call and I'll call you at the arranged time.

During the call we'll consider your motivation for contacting me, what working together could look like, and talk through any questions you might have.

Counselling is a type of talking therapy aimed at helping you improve your wellbeing by talking through issues causing you emotional distress.

Currently, sessions start from £50.00 for individuals and £70.00 for couples.

Sessions are payable by BACS in advance.

Counselling sessions are 50-minutes long and usually arranged weekly on a consistent day and time. This allows for routine and makes it easier to manage availability.

For convenience, sessions can also be arranged via an online booking system.

The number of sessions you have will depend on what you want to focus on and where that takes us.

Typically, clients will have anything between 6-25 sessions. However, there are some who have more or less.

Though there is no obligation, I recommend starting with six sessions before reviewing progress and next steps.
