You see, in 2012 I relocated with my family from London to Gloucestershire. The reason for the move was in part a response to a recognition that I'd experienced burnout – more than once!
Since then, I've graduated as a mature student gaining a First Class Honours degree at Gloucestershire University, who also awarded me the Most Outstanding Student of the Year Award.
I've also grown a private practice where I've helped dozens of clients develop skills for managing stress and anxiety, and improve performance in their personal and professional lives.
And it continues to be a blast!
